We offer a range of storage unit sizes to fit your needs, from small single-drawerunits to large multiple-drawer and door combinations.
For your convenience, we have a 3-stage payment plan:
1. A deposit payment of £50.00 confirms your order with Simple Stair Storage; we then programme your survey.
2. Once our Surveyor has taken all details and specifications, an second payment of £250 is required to proceed with the manufacture of your units.
3. The final payment is due on practical completion of your furniture installation.
Note! Your deposit covers the cost of the surveyor's visit and is only refundable if the work cannot proceed due to structural issues.
Our technical surveyor will check the area for obstructions, leaving nothing to chance. In the unlikely event that we cannot install your furniture, we would explain why and return your full deposit.
No, your furniture is made bespoke to suit the angle of your staircase. It is assembled in our production unit and is delivered rigidly built with our installer.
The majority of installations will take one day. On the larger configurations of furniture, we would need part of the second day.
Our surveyor, on his visit to your home, would confirm installation times.
Our experienced installers take pride in their work, and we allow them the time to ensure you are satisfied with the end result.
Prices on our online Price Guide include surveying and installing within approximately 65 miles travelling distance from our Head Office in Somerset.
Further afield, we would always discuss a bespoke price taking into account the travelling time and any overnight stays
